"The meetings which we have in the Club of the leaders are always very enriching. It is a pleasure to meet and to discuss with other business managers who talk openly to us about their success and difficulties. The training and the discussion periods allow us to discuss between "leaders". This way is very enriching. Gilbert has a clear vision of what he wants for the company. For him, everything begins with respect : with his employees, clients, suppliers and partners.
- Fact: every morning, Gilbert takes time to greet each employee.
The eldest of his two sons, Mathieu, is a shareholder with him. Moreover, his daughter and his other son also work in the company.
Gilbert cares about the environment. He has a great ability to listen and is empatethic.
