« For shipping and handling… Racks protect the material as well as the personnel. »

Several innovations put R.Désilets racks in a class by themselves. The back retention bar is corrugated to avoid damaging the centre of the panels. The upper arch is reinforced and its distinctive shape prevents buckling. The bottom plates are thicker in the front where repeated shocks generally cause more damage. It is no coincidence that our racks better protect material and workers.

Heavy duty: frame made of 1” by 1/8” (25mm X 3mm) tubing, 1/4” (6mm) steel plates (corrugated back plate).

Corrosion resistant paint. (Option: Two tiers)

Panel rack

Facilitates the transportation and handling of all size panels.

Reinforced arch: double 1” (25mm) tubing and 5/16” (8mm) plate, welded on the entire width,
slight curve.

Tilting head rack

Suitable for storing Duraform material while eliminating height constraints
during transportation.

Adjustment Rack

To store and handle panels and corners of all sizes (5’ to 9’ high).

Ultra strong: frame made of 1” x 1/8” (25mm X 3mm) steel tubing, 1/4” (6mm) steel plates, corrugated
steel plate in the back and superior steel frame.

To hold and transport scaffold braces.

Several steel tubes are welded inside for better storage and handling.
