Thanks to processes relying on the precision, the excellent quality of each component and the innovations, Désilets panels make it possible to save time. Very straight, they fit one into another perfectly which accelerates the assembly. Their stability (and their torsion resitance) facilitate top of the wall alignment while the curves added on the interior and exterior on the edges and the circumference of each eye favor a fast dismantling.
With minimum maintaining and the application of a good coat of oil to release the form out of mold, they can be more often used from 15 to 60 more times (400 uses) than conventional panels. In our opinion, no other material of formwork can get you a better performance for each dollar invested.
Made
from British Columbia Fir tree plywood (B.C. Fir) at 100%, especially conceived
to remain stable.
Treatment HDO 100/100 (approximate resin contents of 58% on two surfaces).
Precise dimensions and variation with tolerance of higher quality (t.< 1/100").
Lower edge and skirting of each eye rounded on the two sides (radius
= 1⁄4").
Upper and side edges slightly rounded on the two sides (radius = 1/8").
Edges sealed with a paint specially formulated to resist humidity. Resistant
W44 type steel ware. Hangers integrated into the metal bar (for all dimensions,
even those of 4 and 5"). Compatible with all the other modular systems
of the same type.
Certain difficulties generate enormous wastes of time. In
several situations, the special panels Désilets make it possible to
easily solve these problems which return constantly. By adding these special
units to your basic material, you will be more effective and even more competitive.
Facilitates
formwork side adjustment and/or allows variations of width between the top
and bottom.
Made out of 1/8” thick W44 type steel.
Opening width from 6,5"to 9,5", entirely independent (variable width
in top and bottom).
Compatible with the panels of any other modular system of formwork of
the same type.
