Production - Form panels
The high quality panels are made from top notch American plywood and are treated for contact with cement. These special plywood boards are cut in lengths of 2 to 10 feet and in widths of 4 to 24 inches. Sophisticated equipment allows for precise cutting and assembling; that, in turn, makes for easy to use top quality framework. To lengthen their life, we lightly round off the corner of both sides of the panel.
Moreover, we substantially round off its lower end as well as the opening of each eye to insure easier removal and thus prevent shattering the panel. The cut ends are painted to make them resistant to water and concrete, thus lengthening their life span. Holes are drilled through the boards and bolts are inserted to firmly attach the steel bars to the panel. The number of bars varies according to the size of each panel. Naturally, we duly sign our panels; we are quite proud of our products and happy to show our name on construction sites.
